Deal Of The Week: Burton Deja Vu Flying-V Snowboard

  • These Deja-Vus from Burton come in a Flying-V baseline. This is the most versatile baseline Burton makes. The overall rocker shape of this board is great for a novice rider who isn't quite sure of their skills yet and needs something forgiving. Keeping your tips up, the rocker is great for compact-able snow or powder. With the contact point being in the middle, this board will shred over any box or rail you ride in addition to allowing you to spin like a top while doing so. While the camber under foot is great for locking you in on hard pack or icy conditions. This board does come with Burton's EST system so you will need to put a Burton binding on it or get an adapter disc to allow your old bindings to go on this board.

    Rocker Type
Flying V™ - A blend of Camber and Rocker, for the best of both worlds: rocker overall, including between and outside your feet, enhances playfulness and float. Underneath your feet, subtle camber zones focus edge-control for added pop and power through turns.
Flex Rating:3 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) - A medium flex for easy turn initiation and forgiving landings
Twin - The flex is perfectly symmetrical from tip to tail for a balanced ride that's equally versatile regular or switch.
Twin - It's perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden regular or switch. Jib, spin, stomp, and butter with a greater balance of freestyle mobility and cat-like stability.
Pro-Tip™ - A tapered tip and tail thickness reduces swing weight for easier mobility.
Dual Zone™EGD™ - Engineered Grain Direction manipulates the angles and direction of wood grains in the core for superior edge-hold, response, and durability.
Women's Specific Super Fly® Core - Lightened up and loaded with pop, this vertical sandwich of hard and soft woods saves weight and improves snap and response.
Triax™ Fiberglass - Versatile flex and response for everything from mini to mega shred
Jumper Cables - Ultra-light carbon stringers radiate energy outward from your feet towards the tip and tail. The result is greater pop and snap when powering through turns without sacrificing the board’s overall playful feel. For maximum flight, Jumper Cables Hi-Voltage use carbonated rods for ultra-electrified pop and performance
Frostbite Edges - Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edgehold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don’t, Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining forgiving in softer conditions.
